If you smoke a cigarette once, but you don't do it right, what are the chances of getting mouth cancer?

So when I was 15, I had my first cig. My friend was yelling at me because I didn't inhale it right the first time, but got it on the next day. I quit smoking a week and a half later. Can I get mouth cancer from this?
