That mix is going to be a great dog, its just going to require a ton of exercise and obedience training to keep her energy down. your going to need a ton of patience. To keep her from running wild in your house you need to make her respect you as her pack leader so she will listen to you. Find a treat she loves and start training her all sorts of tricks, that will mentally exhaust her. You can also get those toys that the dog has to work at to get the treat. Those have worked so well for me in the past. As for the huffing, try to put her bed or kennel in a cooler part of the house? I really don't know for that part. Good luck.
