Is my Taurus man cheating?

I have been seeing a Taurus man for about 3 months now. He has told me he loves me. I knew when we met that he is a busy man with family obligations and his work. He talks to me all the time about his children(grown) , grandkids , etc. My problem is that he tends to go away for days at a time on "business". Sometimes not answering texts or phone during those times. He says he is just busy and does get back to me by the next day. But I am listening to my instincts which say he may have other women. He told me he doesnt, but is it unreasonable to ume he is commited to me when its only been a few months? I think he may be playing me.
