get back to basics-put a 18 inch radius target on a wall and throw tennis or hand from different angles and distances continuiously til the burn in your forearm starts do thi daily the target in your mind will represent the chest of your player you throw to in a game. as for your hitting alot of the power hitters in mlb watch when they hit you will see the hips and lower back puts power in their swing as they step into the swing good luck and hopefully with the hard work some day i might pick you for my fantasy league
