How do I get help with a medical bill that seems way to high? I'm uninsured.?

Help! Every year my doctor has me do blood test. Every year, they run about $129. This year, because I lost my health insurance, I asked the girl who took my blood to estimate my charges. She said the charges would be $150. I just got 2 bills in the mail for these blood test. Both are charging me some identical charges for the same blood test. One bill is for $497 and the other bill is for $110. How can I get help with negotiation these charges. Is there an agency that helps people renegotiate fees like this for the uninsured?
