I have a question about tijuana and its border control.......?

Most of the time when people are buying something not legal to carry accross the border. they mail it to themselves from mexico. Some of the pharmacys will do that for you when you buy from them. To carry accross you have to have a scrip from a US doctor for the meds, even of they are OTC in mexico.
