I'm taking curutane/accutane for acne help plzzz-redness-?

i'm taking curutane for acne -20mg- and i've been taking it for 4 months....2 days i finish my 4th month.....my doctor said i need to take it for 4 months only but i'm sure i need more months cause i still got a bit of acne red blemishes,my main problem is tht my fase is alwayss red i put sun screen but no use and its killing me eevry bodys always askin me whys ur face like tht....have u been running?..:\.....i really need help in what to do to make the redness go....tyy in advance....btw i'm a 17 year old guy
