You can't help the way you feel about her. However you do need to move on with your life, the just friends thing you think you want is just you deeply wanting more, and you always will, you can be friends with her. I do think its messed up that she lead you on. Your drunken tongue kinda screwed you also but you were drunk so she should have understood, and if she liked you she should have let it go and moved on. It seems like things may be going better with her husband so you might want to just leave her alone, there is nothing wrong with talking or saying hello every now and then , but don't dwell on it dude, don't let her simple hello's drive you crazy. Just find someone else to occupy your time, and move on.
