Should we have a pyramid system in Scottish Football?

When, and not if, Gretna vacate the SFL, we will no doubt witness an unedifying scramble amongst poor quality league clubs from some of Scotlands poorer qulity leagues. I hear already that Spartans are after Gretna`s spot. Surely we need a pyramid scheme that encompes not just the leagues that come under the auspieces of the SFA but the Junior Leagues as well. Would it not be great in a few yerars to see the likes of Camelon, Linlithgow Rose, Tayport, Auchenleck Talbot, Arthurlie, Pollok or a host of other Junior clubs making their way in the seniuor leagues. it is not good enough that the SFL is a closed shop that applauds failure. It is only by removing the dross at the bottom of the SFL that the standard of tht elower leagues in the SFL will improve.
