Unemployment Claim (im lost)?

So I filed for Unemployment about a week and a half ago. I recieved my (notice of UI claim filed) and my (notice of UI award) so now im stuck, I tried calling them 3 times already. My questions are (1. What do i mail them back? or what do I need to do (2. My maximum benifit amount and weekly benefit amount are both $0, what does that mean? my total wages are $686.64 (3. Can someone please help me!? I live in CA
