Why are people like "Bernard Dunning" and the "dark cavern" community allowed to exist?

Okay, well maybe this is sorta rhetorical but it's really #$%&ed up! Okay, so I was downtown in Indianapolis and I saw this homeless guy with a sign that said darkcavern dot com. I looked it up, it's an interacial site and it's registered to one "Bernard Dunning" who also registered coldcoffee dot com. Not sure what coldcoffee dot com is. Maybe it's just a front, I don't know. It's disgusting in the first place that these sites exist, but the site advertises women with black men and their cuckold white husbands. This is wrong on so many levels and THEN they add homeless black men into the mix?! This is Babylon the Great material if you ask me. Where have our standards as a people gone? I think involving homeless men in something like this should be illegal. Who agrees?
