Why do so many english girls do this?

I agree. It gets worse in summer and now the world cups on it's a reason for everyone to go out and get drunk. You see little girls not even up to 16 out after midnight with a group of boys smoking and drunk. Parents in the UK need to fix up and discipline their children more. They are WAY too lenient with their children. I would never dream of doing that. My parents are super strict and I hated it a couple of years ago but it's definitely beneficial.
