Why does every commercial have to bombard me with racially diverse couples and black and white people laughing?

together and etc? I'm not racist or anything i have black friends but why does every commercial have mixed race couples? like literally EVERY commercial shows a black and white couple.. usually light skinned black women with white men though of course. mixed raced couples REALLY aren't as common as they show on tv. Also CNN news has followed this trend too i've noticed, always pictures of light skinned black women with white men and etc.
